We enjoyed an inspirational morning with Commonwealth discus thrower James Tomlinson!
Our top sponsor fundraisers had a personal meet and greet with the Welsh champion then we all listened to James' motivational assembly about what it takes to be a world class athlete: ambition, hard work, determination, self-belief and resilience.
The morning ended with a fun, high-intensity training session...phew!
