Dear Children,

We know that you enjoyed our six mindfulness sessions with Eddie. Eddie always said that we should be sharing the exercises with our families and this may be a good time to try them out. Here is a reminder of all the practices which Eddie taught us:

-Tummy and Chest breathing

-Petal Breathing


-Finger breathing

-Rectangle breathing

-How many breaths do you take in a minute?
