Tricky Words
We are practising recognising the tricky words in class. Click on the link below to listen to the songs and complete activities.
Maths this week:
We have been using positional language to describe where objects are. Rosie the hen came to visit us in school and kept hiding, looking for peace and quiet. The children were very good at finding her and describing where she was. We have had a lot of fun and hope you can have fun hiding toys at home and describing where they have been hidden. Can your child understand and practice using the words: behind, next to, under, on top of, above, inside, etc.
The following stories and songs can be listened to, paused and discussed. They are an excellent way to use the positional language.
