We celebrated World Book Day dressing up with all our friends at Emmaus. We brought in our favourite stories and teddies which we love to cuddle when we have our bedtime stories.

In the morning we joined the whole school in the hall for an assembly with the Reading Ambassadors hearing about how books transport us to wonderful places in our imagination!  The Year 6 children came to read to us in the morning and afternoon too. 

In the afternoon we had snuggly bedtime stories with our teddies and the Reception classes. Mrs Millington, Mrs Caulfield and Mrs Gaeid each read a favourite story and we listened to World Book Day songs together. We had a great day!
