Collective Worship

"The effectiveness of the provision for Collective Worship is outstanding."

"Collective Worship inspires the whole school community. It is the heart of the school day and promotes the distinctiveness of the school exceptionally well."

Section 48 Inspection 2019

Years 1 to 6 gather together, every Monday morning, to start the week with a collective worship led by Mr. Williams or Mrs. Yates. On Thursdays, Key Stage 1 have a collective worship celebration assembly and Key Stage 2 do the same on Fridays. These are led by Mr. Williams or Mrs. Yates. Singing hymns to praise Our Lord, happens every Tuesday with Mrs. Newton, our music teacher. We gather, every other day, in our classrooms for our daily collective worship. Each half term, we have a different theme for our whole school and class collective worship.
