Reception – September 2026

To apply for Reception at Emmaus you will firstly need to complete an online application to Liverpool City Council Admissions (link below) this is the main part of your application.

Secondly, as your application is to be considered against the school's faith/denomination criteria then you should ALSO complete the Supplementary Form (link below), if you are unable to complete this form online, please contact the school office for assistance

September 1^st 2025 - applications open

January 15^th 2026 - applications close

April 16^th 2026 - National offer notification day

Nursery – September 2026

To apply for Nursery at Emmaus you will need to complete a school online application form (link below), if you are unable to complete this form online, please contact the school office.

Key Dates for Nursery 2026 admissions:

September 1^st 2025 - applications open

January 15^th 2026 - applications close

End of February 2026 – parent/carers contacted with nursery offers

In-Year Applications

If you are looking to make an in-year application for any year group at Emmaus you can contact our School Business Manager, Mr Stephen Ross to discuss your application by emailing to admissions@emmaus.liverpool.sch.uk or calling 0151 233 1414.

To make an in-year application to Emmaus you will need to complete an Emmaus In-Year online application form (link below), if you are unable to complete this form online, please contact the school office.

After you have completed your application we will contact you via email to inform you of the result.

We operate a waiting list for any applications we are unable to offer a place to, if there is more than 1 child on the waiting list when a place becomes available the admission criteria within the Admissions Policy will be used to rank the waiting list.
