In Year 2 the children should have learned the 2x, 5x and 10x tables.
In Year 3 we focus on learning 3x, 4x and 8x tables and their respective division facts.
In Year 4 the children will take part in an online multiplication tables check. It is an onscreen check consisting of 25 times table questions. They will then have 6 seconds to answer each question.

Challenge yourself with this website. It will ask you questions on whichever times table you're practising. This is the format we use in class every Friday when testing our times tables. Level 3 > Multiplication > Tables up to 12 > Manual (so we can control the speed). You can set the speed of the questions yourself. You'll need a pencil and paper then see how quickly you can recall your multiplications!

Practise your times tables against a family member or friend with this table tennis game. Watch out for the 'fast return' element of this game. It makes it really tricky!
