The Early Years' Ducklings!
On Monday the live duck eggs arrived! We counted 5 eggs and looked closely at them in the incubator. The incubator keeps them warm until they hatch. We estimated how many days it would be before the first egg hatched. Some children said one day and somebody even guessed nine days! We will have to wait and see...
By Wednesday morning two ducklings had hatched and a third had cracked their egg!
