Many thanks to all our Reception families for joining in with our Autumn Challenge homework!  It was wonderful to receive all your emails and see you out together foraging, exploring and hunting together in our beautiful local woodland, parks, fields, forests and gardens. 

We have been so excited to celebrate the beautiful journey sticks, stickmen, nature wands, tree fairies and other seasonal sculptures that have been so lovingly made together at home with all your amazing Autumn treasures! 

The children have gained so much from this experience, not least a wealth of new vocabulary relating to seasonal change, animal habitats and the life cycles of different trees along the way!
