Thank you God for making me ME
As we learn about God our Creator in RE, we celebrated the Baptism of our baby doll. Deacon Chris explained the special symbols of Baptism and we learnt that through our Baptism, we are welcomed into God's family and begin our 'journey of faith' with Jesus. We chose a name for our doll and some children took on the roles of clergy, parents and godparents, making a special promise to help the baby live like Jesus as she grows. We prayed together for our Church family and remembered that God made us, loves us and knows us all by name. A big thank you to Deacon Chris for his support.
