Earth Day
We celebrated Earth Day this week by thinking about how we can help look after our beautiful Planet Earth.
We thought about ways we can save energy by turning off lights, the television, the computer and tablets. We thought about what can be recycled and how important it is to not litter but to put rubbish in the bin. We are going to save water by turning off taps too.
We sang songs about looking after and appreciating the Earth.
We made cotton bud Earth paintings, which we cut out and decorated with stars.
