We have enjoyed yoga, Rainbow Breath and stories about our feelings during Mental Health Awareness Week.
We have read "The Colour Monster" and talked about what makes us feel sad, happy, angry, afraid, worried, lonely, frustrated, calm and when we feel love. We have thought about ways we can help to calm ourselves if we are angry and how to feel less scare, worried or sad.
