The Firefighters Visit
We had such an exciting day with the firefighters visiting! We read about their important, and sometimes dangerous, job. We talked about the breathing apparatus and what it means. We thought about why firefighters sometimes need masks to breathe.
We talked about smoke detectors and why they are important in our homes.
We sat in the fire engine and had turns spraying the hose.
