On Mental Health Awareness Day we talked about our feelings and when we might feel happy, sad, scared, worried or excited. We had fun following the poses on Cosmic Yoga. We will be going into the hall to do yoga on Fridays. 

We enjoyed joining in with rainbow breathand laerning the rainbow breath song. We felt calm and relaxed when we had finished.
