For Mental Health Week in Emmaus we have been thinking about how we can feel calmer by using Rainbow Breath. We all joined in with the Rainbow Breath song and took turns using Clippy the Cat puppet with our friends, just like Mrs Caulfield's cheeky cat Clippy (Eclipse) who needs to remember to stay calm!

We are thinking this week how we can help our friends to always feel happy and included in Nursery.
