Growing & Easter RE...Chicks and Frogs!
Growing
We have been observing chicks hatching and tadpoles developing for our Growing topic. We have been thinking about what we need to grow and be healthy. We have learnt that God made the world and he helps us to grow. During Lent we have been thinking about how we can be kind and show love to others, becoming more like Jesus. We have heard the Easter story too.
Alistair came to visit nursery during Easter Holy Week. He reminded us of how Jesus died on the cross on Good Friday and then was raised back to life on Easter Sunday. We then all sang 'God Loves You' and 'Community' together and Alistair said a prayer.
