We have been talking about our families, pets, our interests and thinking about how we have grown from being babies. We have made collages at home of 'A Few of Our Favourite Things' to share with our friends at Nursery. We have talked about what we can do 'now we are big' compared with being a baby. Savannah's baby Zach came to visit and we heard about how he drinks milk and eats soft food because he only has a few teeth. We looked at a tiny vest, baby grow and cardigan he used to fit in when he was very small. Zach's Mummy, Louise, showed us a 4D scan picture of Zach sucking his thumb when he was growing inside her tummy. We heard how Zach drinks from a bottle, has a dummy and wears nappies because he still has a lot of growing to do!
We have made hand and foot prints to see how big we are now and we are learning that God has made us all, He loves us and knows our names.
