Chinese New Year Party
The children talked about the vegetables and how to make Chinese stir fry for our Chinese New Year party. They used safety knives to chop mushrooms and peppers, remembering to wash their hands first. the children tasted the vegetable stir fry, rice and prawn crackers, some children even managed to eat using chopsticks!
