Jessica was very excited to tell us all about her camping trip and toasting marshmallows on the camp fire. She showed everyone photos from her special home school book.
We decided that it would be fun to set up a camp role play area in Nursery too. We have pretended to cook on a camp fire, play games and sleep in our tent and even make fishing rods from the construction kits! Some children came to visit the campsite dressed in the giant's boots and fairy tale costumes from 'Jack and The Beanstalk' and' Jim and The Beanstalk' role play.
