Nursery Yoga
We have been enjoying relaxing and peaceful yoga at Nursery, following Cosmic Kids yoga on You Tube, Laura from Yoga Bear and Mrs Caulfield leading yoga sessions too. We have tried balancing in tree pose, the cobra, downward dog wagging his tail, mouse pose and moving our legs in butterfly pose among other things.
