Rose came to teach us about safely crossing the road when the green man is lit up. We must stand behind the kerb, look, listen and think just in case a car doesn’t stop. Rose told us that we must wear bright colours to be seen when it is dark. Rose reminded us to always hold hands with a grown up when we are near a road. We talked about sitting in car seats and booster seats and fastening our seat belts when we are travelling in the car too.
We all took turns practising crossing the road safely using a puffin crossing.
