Meeting the Chief Constable
We were delighted that the Chief Constable of Merseyside Police, Andy Cooke QPM, spent time in Reception talking to us about our school and answering our many questions about his very important job. We found out that he is responsible for 6000 Police Officers across Merseyside, as well as teams of Armed Police, Police Horses and Police Dogs. He explained that it is his job to make sure that everyone is safe in our city. We listened very carefully and we felt very privileged to spend some time with him.
