Use the pdf worksheets to create a ‘Bag of Love’ – or create your own design.
Once you have chosen / created your bag, think of all the people / things that you love and that make you feel loved. Write them down / draw them and place them inside your ‘bag of love’.
Every time that you are sad, look inside your bag and think about all of the positive, happy people, objects or experiences you have in your life and how much love is around you.
