Yoga Bears with Laura

Recently we have been fortunate enough to be able to provide our children across all year groups with Yoga sessions funded by school. These are delivered by our Yoga Bears teacher, Laura. Laura is currently working in school to introduce children to the basics of Yoga and the value that both Yoga and meditation can have in our physical and mental wellbeing. We have learned many different poses including dog, frog, bridge and tree poses.
