Yoga Bears
We loved joining in with our Yoga Bears sessions with Laura!
In the first session, red bear helped us to share our happy feelings, then we practised tree, cow and cat pose; we controlled our breathing and enjoyed feeling strong and still, then the session ended with gentle affirmations. In the second session, pink bear taught us about our 'third eye', then we shared our dreams for the future. In this session, we learnt that the more we dream the more our dreams can come true.
