We have been talking about our families, pets, our interests and thinking about how we have grown from being babies. We have made collages at home of 'A Few of Our Favourite Things' to share with our friends at Nursery. We have talked about what we can do 'now we are big' compared with being a baby.
Nancy's baby sister Thea came to visit, she is six months old. Kian's baby brother, Reily, came to see the afternoon Nursery, he is only ten weeks. Nancy and Kian told us about how their babies drink milk because they have no teeth to chew food. We looked at their tiny vests, hats, jackets and baby grows. They are very small. We looked at the babies' hands and feet compared with ours. We saw they wear nappies because they are not old enough to use the potty or toilet yet.
We have made hand and foot prints to see how big we are now and we are learning that God has made us all, He loves us and knows our names.
