Lunar New Year Celebration Day

We loved dancing with colourful scarves as Mrs Neil led our dragon, lion and firecracker dances.  Then we went on a dragon parade around the whole school, sharing good luck messages with every class and collecting gold coins along the way!

 

We had built up an appetite for our Chinese banquet at lunchtime then found the courage to search in the dragon’s mouth for treats to take home in our lucky red envelopes…
