Covid 19 Information
POSITIVE COVID TEST
If your child is going to be absent from school due to illness please can we remind parents that the correct procedure is to leave a message on the school answerphone – 0151 233 1414 - Option 1.
This includes if your child has tested positive for Covid-19, either on a lateral flow or PCR test. There is no longer a need to e-mail school on the designated e-mail address for Covid-19 positive cases.
If your child tests positive we would ask you to include the following information in your message:
Child’s Name
Class
Symptoms experienced ?
Has the positive case travelled abroad recently ?
Does anyone else in the household have Covid-19 symptoms or a diagnosis?
Date of return to school if it is a positive PCR test
