Construction with Community Blocks
Building Together with the Community Blocks
We enjoyed transporting the wooden planks and blocks to create constructions together. George suggested building a police station and stage. Some children made bridges and a track. The children developed their gross motor skills, co-ordination, social and communication skills as they co-operated and shared ideas. They are learning how to risk asses the blocks and planks to check for safety before balancing along them too.
