Book Week Activities
This week we studied the work of Shaun Tan, and in particular The Rules of Summer and the Arrival.
Picture Books can be so powerful, and can make you think, so we thought of our own Rules of Summer.
These included not putting a crayon in the felt tip draw, not judging a book by its cover, and not going home with strangers.
We also read to the Nursery classes. This helped them, and also taught us about patience and care.
