Nursery Yoga
Yoga Taster Session
Carly and Pauline came from the Children’s Centre for a Nursery yoga taster session. We all enjoyed stretching and using our breathing to relax ourselves. We breathed like dragons, horses and blowing out birthday candles. We tried out some yoga positions to engage our muscles and improve balance like the tree, chair, frog, cobra, jellyfish, warrior and downward dog. We danced to the “Sun Salutation Song," the rocket count down and also did yoga actions for “Wind My Bobbin Up.” We had a great time and we are going to practise in Nursery too!
