To celebrate Liverpool Maths Party Day we enjoyed exploring 3D shapes including spheres, cubes, cones and prisms. We wore cone party hats while we made our own sandwiches using shape cutters. 

We drew around and cut out 2D shapes to make shape bunting, wrote numbers and counted in French and English too. 

We caught shapes in the water play, played Maths games on the Smart Board and outdoors we made a bus using a circular hoop as a steering wheel. 

We collected leaves, feathers, petals and flowers to makes transient art patterns on rectangular card outdoors.
