A plea from us to you ...

Please read daily with your child. Encouraging reading is a huge part of what we do in year 2.

Sharing reading books together and your child reading the books sent home by school to you, is vital in order to build reading skills, comprehension and understanding. Please ensure that this is taking place regularly at home in order to support your child's learning in school.
