The Re-Enactment of William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.

Independence and High Expectations

Working in groups of three, we developed a choral speaking performance of Witches’ Song fom Shakespeare's Macbeth . We used a range of choral speaking techniques to enhance our performance.

Choral Speaking Techniques that we used:

· Different numbers of voices speaking at different times

· Echoing key words or sounds

· Adding sound effects

· Emphasising the rhythm of the words

· Emphasising long vowels and hard consonants

· Making the most of onomatopoeic words

· Adding expressions and gestures
