Goldilocks and the Three Bears
Goldilocks and the Three Bears.
The children listened to the story of Goldilocks and The Three Bears and sang the Goldilocks song.They enjoyed dressing up as bears and Goldilocks in the role play and re enacted parts of the story, introducing their own ideas too. The children used puppets to retell the story of Goldilocks and shared the big books with friends, developing co-operative and listening skills. They enjoyed drawing and mark making in the Goldilocks floor book, retelling their favourite parts of the story.
The children used conkers to make pretend porridge exploring concepts of full, empty, heavy and light.
The children also enjoyed sugar and additive free porridge for snack.
