You can have lots of fun with paper plates, lollipop sticks, foil, paint and pens.  

By cutting up your unwanted boxes or post you can create confetti to stick and decorate amazing sea creatures.  

In school we complete creative activities every day.  The conversations, the problem solving skills and the cutting and attaching involved covers a significant range of the curriculum.  Your child could apply their problem solving skills when deciding how to create these activities with the items you have available.  How will they attach the items together?  Pritt stick, PVA glue, selotape, staples...
