Forest School: Leaf Hunting
We were so excited to begin our forest school sessions this week. We pulled on their wellies to explore our newly landscaped forest school site and embarked on an autumn hunt, searching for leaves, conkers, acorns, pine cones and many other seasonal treasures. Some of us experienced four seasons in one day and now fully understand the forest school motto, “there’s no such thing as bad weather!”
Please ensure your child has a pair of labelled wellies and waterproofs in school so that we can all fully embrace this wonderful outdoor learning opportunity each week.
