Celebrating World Egg Day
To celebrate World Egg Day, we talked about how we liked our eggs cooked, we touched hard boiled eggs and mashed them up with mayonnaise. Charlie P, Theo, Georgia, harper and Dolly said that they love eggs! Ivy said she eats eggs with soldiers.
Mrs. Caulfield brought her son's egg cups to look at from when he was a little boy. Jonah named the dinosaurs on the egg cups. There was also a springy egg cup, an egg cup Asher had painted when he was three and a silver egg cup he was given when he was dedicated at Church as a baby.
Georgia and Jonah knew that the egg cosies keep boiled eggs warm. Harrison named the egg shell. We enjoyed hearing the story "Meg's Eggs". Click on the link below the photos to listen to Mrs Caulfield reading.
