Mr Snappy and the Dental Team Visit
Pauline and Elaine came from the Children's Centre to pay us a visit with Mr Snappy the smiling crocodile! We listened to a story about visiting the dentist and how to keep our teeth clean and healthy by brushing them twice a day and choosing healthy fruit, water and milk and only having sweets, cake and fizzy drinks as occasional treats.
We cleaned the giant teeth and Mr Snappy's teeth with the large toothbrushes until they gleamed! We looked in each other's mouths using dental mirrors and tiny torches just like the dentist does.
Pauline and Elaine sang teeth cleaning songs with us and gave us a toothbrush, paste, song words and a story to enjoy at home with our families. We also have a week's teeth cleaning chart to colour in each day. Bring yours to Nursery next week to show your friends what a super teeth cleaner you are and have a sticker!
