Food Technology: Making Yogurt bread

Making Yogurt Bread

 

We looked at a recipe book together and talked about the ingredients we needed to make yogurt bread for snack. We smelt  the Greek yogurt and heard about how we would have to knead the it with the flour. We had to leave the dough for an hour to ferment, then we cooked it under the grill. We talked about safety in kitchens and that only adults can use hot ovens, grills and hobs. 

We enjoyed our yogurt bread with dips for snack and took some home too.
