School Hours

There is an informal entry at 8.50 am when the first bell will ring. Children will be welcomed into class by a member of staff. There is no supervision before this time and parents are asked not to arrive too early or leave their children unsupervised. A bell will be rung at 8.55 am to signal the start of the school day.  The total number of hours is 31 hours and 40 minutes. This will be reviewed and it is our intention to extend the day to at least 32.5 hours by September 2024.

Please note that for safeguarding reasons, children can only be brought and collected from school by known adults or children aged 16+.

Year 5 and 6 children are permitted to walk to school and walk home by themselves if they have the permission of parents and the school is made aware of this.

Reception and Key Stage 1

Playtime 10.20 a.m. – 10.35 p.m.

Lunch 11.30 a.m. – 12.30 p.m. 

Playtime 2.15 p.m. – 2.25 p.m.
