Transition to Year 6 Activities
Things that will help me in Year 6
Over the next few months, I would like you to:
- Read as much as possible! Reading will help you in all subjects so it is really important. Take a look at the recommended reading lists for both Year 5 and Year 6 children. There are so many amazing books to read!
- Learn all of the times tables up to 12x12. Times tables appear in many areas of the Year 6 maths curriculum, so this knowledge will be very important.
