Vets' Role Play
Nursery Animal Hospital
The children have enjoyed examining the toy animals, treating them and writing prescriptions in the Vets' interest led role play. Children have used a digital thermometer and stethoscope to check the toy pets.
The children enjoyed animal stories and especially "Winston is Worried" about a dog with a splinter in his paw. We discussed times when we had splinters and being brave having them removed.
We have loved listening to children talk about their family pets. Please continue to send in photos of pets or email them share with the class on the Clever Board.
