Phase 2 Phonics Game | Sounding Out with Speed Splat | i, n, m, d Teach children the initial sounds through play. This video is interactive and will help children learn the graphemes to match the initial sounds in words beginning with i, n, m or d, as taught through the Letters and Sounds programme.
Word reading Using Phonics | Phase 2 i, n, m, d These videos help model blending using phonics. Each word is sounded out slowly and clearly so its phonemes can be blended more easily. The sounds featured are s,a,t and p and five words are broken down into their individual sounds (or phonemes), which can then be blended.
