LO: To draft a time-slip story to the past
Unit: Time Slips
Think back over the work we have done on Tom’s Midnight Garden.
Think about how the setting / characters / clothes / speech changed when Tom travelled from the present to the past.
Task:
Using the ‘time machine’ design that you created on Monday and your story plan that you wrote yesterday, write a story containing time slips to the past.
Remember to write with quality and use a range of sentence structures, lengths and styles.
You could use:
Range of punctuation – brackets. Dashes, colons, semi-colons, etc.
You will have today and tomorrow's Literacy to complete your story.
Plan out which sections you will write today and which you will do tomorrow.
