Spelling
We will be using a new spelling scheme this year called Spelling Shed. It is a scheme that follows the National Curriculum Spelling objectives and focuses on 10 spellings per week. The children will be introduced to 10 new words every MONDAY and will keep revisiting these words throughout the week. Children will take the words home on FRIDAY to practise further and will be tested on them the following MONDAY. The spelling focuses and dates of each test can be found in the timetable below.
