Formby Pinewoods and Beach
What beautiful weather we had on our day of adventures at Formby pinewoods and beach! We walked through the pinewoods, collected pinecones, sticks, saw a ladybird and rabbit holes. We were every excited playing in the woods, climbing on logs and running up the hills. We didn't see any squirrels today but we made sure that we left enough pinecones for them to eat. We walked past the lake on the way to the shore.
We ate our picnics on the beach, made sandcastles, collected shells and ran up the sand dunes. We had such fun sliding and rolling down the dunes together.
