We dressed in yellow for Mental Health Awareness Day 💛 We read a story about being kind. We talked about how we can be kind to our friends and to ourselves.
We thought about what makes us feel calm and happy when we may be feeling sad, anxious or angry. We talked about how exercise, healthy food and sleep helps keep our minds healthy and calm too.
We enjoyed learning how to use Rainbow Breathing to calm us, Clippy, the cat puppet, helped us to pause and think about how we were feeling.
